Crispy Chicken w/ rice

I love crispy chicken with rice. I've tried many places but I must say, tonight, after ordering from Tapioca Express on Barranca, Irvine, they have the best chicken. Nearly as good as Lollicup on Walnut or even better! However, despite the delicious chicken with rice, their sides are not that great. Just two slices of cucumber and sliced up carrots. Cha has better sides, but the best sides I'd say is at Lollicup in Rosemead, in the plaza near the Hilton hotel. It was so good I had to write about it.
